   I went into this wonderful hairdressers with green hair. It was a home job gone drastically wrong. It took 2 appointments to sort out this disaster. Vivienne and Toby were absolutely amazing, very friendly and warm. These two aren’t simply hairdressers, their angels, not to mention that Toby does a great cup of tea with a biscuit. I can’t thank them enough. I’ll be seeing them again and recommend them highly. xx

   Worst badest experience ever in UK. The third class staff and the rude owner lady. The most clever lady i went on this salon 3 times for getting service and all time they give did a clever game with me and make me fool every time. Waste my precious time. First time he said i have to do patch test that i understand was ok. The man named tobby and her clever lady owner said me to come for hair dye. And than i came on next week they just did a patch test. And said to book an other appointment for dye. I booked an other one i go there and was little late and was calling to inform that i may be late due to kids . They didnt picked call i leave message and when reache there was just few minutes late they said book an other appointment you are late 30 min. Just worst experience. In this way they behave with customers ? They only know the value of their time not their customers time. Just worst experince. And the clever lady and that man tobby. Just hated that salon and will never go their and will recommend all my friends and relatives not to go thier. Just hating them .

   Love going here for a really professional and personal touch. If I want to have some special ‘me time’ and come out looking fabulous - this is definitely the place to go. Vivienne’s advice and experience is invaluable in guiding you to what will look good on you and maintain your hair between appointments. Well worth a visit.

   I have been a customer of this salon for a few years now and can honestly say that nowhere else has come close to understanding my hair and what styles are going to work best for me. The staff are nothing but friendly and diligent, and achieved every fantasy I had during my 'experimental' hair colours faze! Cannot recommed this salon enough

   A friend got her hair cut at this business and was left with a bob that looks like a kid cut it, the owner was not sympathetic and did not offer a refund. Avoid this place and find a business that cares about their customers. I certainly will do.
