Diabolical. First started the process over 18 months ago, non responsive, lack of communication, no confirmation to any details. Finally got the point where I needed to verify my information, that was 7 months ago and not heard a word since. Wouldn’t waste your time with this company. Pointless!!
I got an email and text message from Claimslion stating that they needed more personal information for a PPI claim against my bank. The email looked dodgy so I found them on google and called to challenge way I was receiving these messages when I've never even raised a claim!?. The lady that answered wanted more personal information before continuing. I told them that I was not willing to part with any information until they told me what the claim was exactly for, and about. They refused to tell me anything without me giving up personal info. I told them that I was going to report them for fraud and she said, "that's fine, go ahead" Avoid!!!!!
Would like to thank everyone at claimlion law especially afsheen who has done an excellent job with my claim been very happy and I know there is a big percentage to them but to do it myself was hard to do so at least I got my money back and the ppi did not get it all .I would recommend this company as they have done a great job thank you
Really annoying company - have been sending me text messages at 6:30am chasing someone called Stuart about a PPI claim. No option to opt out or anything.
I am trying to find out why I have to wait 3 days just to hear from someone from this company??????
They dont keep you informed. Its cost me about £200 in phone calls to try and find out what was going on with my case.. We won but they took all the money that was awarded to us . They don't just charge you 40% they also charge you for insurance costs and court costs
