His advice when we ran into difficulties was helpful, appropriate and kept the process on track. Following completion, when I received details of the CE fees, I was pleased to find that I did not need to query anything, as it was all in accordance with their quote. I will have no hesitation in contacting CE again when I need a solicitor.

All the staff are friendly and professional (the reception staff particularly) The team helped my mother and I out with a legal matter at short notice and for which we are both grateful.    Absolutely shocked by the service received from this firm and in particular Richard. He was extremely patronising and rude when I asked for help, using belittling phrases like ‘you’re wasting my time’, ‘you’re just a leaseholder’,’go back to your little conveyancing shop which you got for free’. The company received a fee from us for an application and yet was unhelpful and in the end stopped responding to our emails when we needed them the most. Shameful and arrogant individual.

   I visited Cunningham Eves in Leatherhead yesterday. I was greeted by the lovely Christine who assisted me with some legal documents. I was made to feel welcome and at ease. All the staff in the office were friendly and greeted me with a smile. I had been quoted a ridiculous fee by other solicitors for what I needed done. Christine offered her services to me free of charge as she realises it’s nice to help people and give something back in tough situations.
