   I'm so disappointed with the last service I had. I had six months of re-growth which I was looking to get blended. I booked a 3-hour balayage session and had a consultation where I expressed that I was open to either a balayage or low-light or whatever to blend the regrowth with my natural hair. My natural hair is dark and I was keen on using this as a shadow root and then dying over the top of a refreshed blonde base. I had previously had a semi-permanent colour applied 6 months previous and was happy for this to be removed or half expected the remaining colour to come out after rinsing out the bleach For whatever reason my stylist just bleached all of my roots leaving me with banding where she had applied a toner over the top which obviously took to the recently blonded parts. I was charged £180 for the service which left me feeling really frustrated because I then immediately had to go home and dye my hair within a week because the blonde was so banded and poorly done that there was just no way that I could stay blonde. All of this I had expressed. yes I had planned to dye my hair but I was clear that I wanted to have some of the regrowth just blended into my hair after waiting so long between bleaches for me to do that. Now I'm stuck having to either rebleach my roots or just doing the balayage myself because I have completely given up on going to the salon.

   Shannon was absolutely amazing! I am normally extremely picky with my hair and have struggled to find a good hairdresser for about 6 years. She did my hair perfectly and I could not have asked for anything better!

   Had Shannon cut my hair today, who so lovely and friendly and gave amazing advice on how to deal with my hair (which can get pretty frizzy). By the end, it looked amazing - literally straight out of Pinterest. Would recommend for the haircut and the people. Will definitely be returning :)

   Worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Violeta is so disinterested in anything you have to say. Doesn’t speak clearly and mumbles. Doesn’t make an effort to speak to you at all. Lacks basic manners. Had the cheek to add an extra £20 onto my total (which was already £120 with long hair surcharge) without telling me for “extra toner” and she said she informed me about this at the “consultation” appointment which was really just her nodding, not listening to what I was saying and taking my phone number. To top it all off, I was actually quite happy with the result but she then proceeded to tell me my hair was damaged and looked bad and needed a haircut in a really insensitive manner. LEARN SOME BASIC MANNERS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SQUEEZE MORE MONEY OUT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. Will never be back!!

   Wouldn't recommend , poor quality service and rude staff, odd atmosphere. I explained how I wanted my layers to be cut but the hairdresser didn't double check and ended up cutting it not how I had asked, the entire time I was there she kept quiet and didn't double check if she was doing it right. I was there for about an hour and she didn't utter a word not even once. Even when she was washing my hair, she didn't check if the water was the right temperature. She seemed sloppy at her job and with bad manners.

   I had a very pleasant experience with Violeta, she is very patient and really knows what she is doing, she really transformed my hair after I went to other hairdressers that damaged my hair significantly.
