   No one at the store answers the phone. I'm not local to dunfermline and I am needing to check whether I left my bank card at the till when paying for my items before I cancel my card.

   I was in the store this afternoon and my granddaughter dropped £10.00. I asked at the checkout if someone may have handed it in. Couldn't believe it but a member of the public had handed it in. I can't thank the staff enough for their time trying to find out which member of staff had the note. It was returned to my granddaughter who didn't think she would see it again. Restores you faith in how honest people can be. Thank you Primark.

   It seems to be impossible to get hold of anyone via the phone number for this store. I was trying to confirm whether they have a product I want to purchase in stock, as I've found the website unreliable on that front. It just rang out for 1 minute then automatically disconnected the call. Tried multiple times with no success. I just want to know if it's worth me driving 1 hour, or if I'm going to get there and find they're out of stock too! :(

   I have been to so many different Primark stores around the UK but this store has to be the most tidy and cleanest Primark store. Lovely experience not having to step over lots of clothes or shoes just left by shoppers on the floor, thank you. Staff were very helpful and polite, when helping me look for items. Can't park outside but paid parking is very near.

   If I could give this place no stars, I would... I went to this store today with my wife, who has dementia and her companion dog, which is a little 5 month old shih tzu. When entering, we got stopped and told they do not allow dogs. I explained to the girl that she is a companion dog to keep my wife calm and comfortable. She allowed us to enter the store and told she'd would inform security so they don't stop and challenge us. By the time we were at the end of the store we had a security guard pouncing on us saying we are not allowed and to leave the store, I tried to explain but he didn't want to know, by that time my wife got very anxious and started stressing. We left. It took me quite a bit to get my wife settled. Thanks, Primark, for making one my wife's good days into another very bad day... and just to clarify, her companion dog was carried.

   I me ft my innocent daughter unaccompanied while I was in the fitting rooms. 5 minutes later, I come outside to look for her and she is sat CRYING. I had ordered her to get some leggings for school, as they are only £2 in Primark. I had brought her and her cousins to the high street for fun until this tall man said they were mucking around on the escalator. Only 3 of them went in a second time which I do not think they should’ve done, but as they went down a second time he shouted down at them, “Oi! Get out!” My daughter responded with, “Am I not allowed to buy leggings?” “No. You’re trespassing.” He then proceeded to follow them up the escalator, practically chasing them out. Although I do not think my daughter should’ve gone in a second time, she’s only 9 and shouldn’t have been kicked out in the first place since she was not doing anything wrong.
