Lovely small hairdresser and such friendly staff! I had my hair cut by someone who rents a chair there but I also met the owner of the place who was lovely. It's small but doesn't feel crowded. Great haircut, lovely atmosphere and such kind people. Got offered hot drinks for free!

Extremely devastated and upset with the service received from NADA. I was seen 30 mins late to start with. I put my trust in Nada when she said highlights would blend away the greys. My hair was pulled so hard, causing neck pain and constant breakage of my hair. Nearly 3 hrs later, I was left at the wash basin for 15/20 mins half way through washing my hair. Eventually when the colour was washed out, I ended up with a soaking wet back & top. A quick blow dry later I couldn't see any colour. Convinced by Nada it was the lighting in the salon - only to be told an extra charge was added to my bill?! Being charged for Balayage as well ! Where is this extra service which I was never asked about & the colour I asked for can not be seen . Very dissapointed & embarrassed, especially when someone laughed at my hair colour saying you shouldn't have done a home job ! No I have to get my hair done again.
Mark's and his team have been cutting my hair for 12 years now. That says everything about how good they all are. Highly recommended.
I was fitted in at very short notice and had a great haircut from Nada, would definitely recommend and go again!
