   When instructing a solicitor to support the sale or purchase of your property for me there were three things that I wanted 1) to be totally reassured that the solicitor was safeguarding my interests 2) to feel like I’m being treated personally 3) and for the solicitors to be responsive to any questions I may have With Tibber Marks I can honestly state that all three of these attributes were delivered in spades. I had a slightly complex sale and felt that I was protected enormously by the advice I was given through my solicitor. I could not fault their diligence nor their service. It was quite clear to me that work on my instructions were continuing outside office hours if necessary in order to deliver my exchange and completion on time. Furthermore any questions I might have had were speedily answered by email or if necessary I could contact the solicitor by phone. Really satisfied and very happy that I went with Tibber Marks as I believe that I received a superb value for a platinum service for my sale and purchase
