   Got a wash and cut - good price, good end result, not why I'm reviewing. Spoke with Charlie during my cut, and explained how I find haircuts generally awful being autistic (sensory nightmare) - his immediate response was to ask, sincerely, if there was anything he could do to help or make it easier/better. Although a seemingly small thing, it makes a huge difference. He checked in on different aspects of the haircut as we went, which really helped put me at ease - a credit to the shop, and a great professional.

   Jack did a fantastic job of putting my 2 year old at ease during his first haircut. The kids room is a fantastic idea and there's an overall good atmosphere in the shop. Will definitely be going again.

   Jack did a great job on my son's hair yesterday. My son is 7 years old. Jack was really good with him and even though my son was not good at looking forward and keeping his head in the right position, you would never know from the brilliant hair cut given.

   Jack cut my 4 year old son's hair today. He was so great with him. Not only was he patient, he was brilliant at making my son feel at ease. He talked him through everything he was doing, let him see & feel the clippers. Less then a year ago I had to physically restrain my son in a different barbers so they could (very roughly) finish the cut with scissors. I never would have imagined he'd sit and and allow clippers on his hair or around his ears less than a year later. Boss cuts has a small room set up just for children with special seats, toys and a TV playing their favourite film. Over the past year both Jack & Ethan have cut my sons hair and built his trust & confidence back up to where it is today. Its definitely a harder job to do a good cut on a very fidgety child - thanks for a great cut today Jack.

   Called in on the off chance as new to the area. Friendly staff were able to accommodate me and I was given Jack as my barber. He immediately makes you feel at ease with his cheerful friendly personality and after sorting what was needed did a great job. So much so have booked next appointment

   Great hair cut, for my son with Ethan. Friendly atmosphere and stylish barbers/salon. They also have a dedicated children's salon, with child themed chairs. I know they do great work with children, with additional sensory needs. Always on time.

After a not so good previous experience, we were hesitant to try again, but they made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in the door. They truly care about their clients and took the time to listen carefully to what we wanted. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they also made my son's experience truly enjoyable.    Went to Boss Cuts for a restyle and was blown away by the service I received.Caroline put me at ease and explained every step of the process and made sure I was happy from the start. The end result was amazing and I am sure to return time and time again. Their premises are stunning, pricing is more than reasonable for premium barbering and their team of knowledgeable, friendly staff are so welcoming. So glad I have discovered this fantastic business.

   I have been to BossCut a couple of times now and the staff are all extremely friendly and will find mutual interests to make conversation and it makes the time fly! Most recently I was with the new barber Lake, who took the time to make sure I was happy with the haircut as we went through ( I had a lot coming off the top ) to make sure i was happy with the length as it was getting shorter. Cannot recommend him highly enough for his patience and conversational skills!
