   Not one to complain. Usually a great experience with the three regular barbers who are consistently outstanding. But anytime I’ve had someone outside the usual team, it’s gone wrong. This time was the worst—asked for a simple medium-high blended No.2 back and sides with a trim on top. Instead, got butchered. Way too short, way too high. Jar head style but long on top, Completely ignored what I asked for. The inconsistency in getting a good cut out side of the regular team isn’t worth the price in my opinion won’t be coming back.

   Been going to G&N for years, with Tyrese cutting my hair. And as of yet I have never been disappointed with my haircut, all staff are very friendly and the service is exactly what you want from your barber at an affordable price. 5/5.

   Partner contacted via the only contact number to see whether they had availability for a skin fade, was reassured they were open until 2pm and they had space. My partner arrived to be told they didn’t and were closing soon and won’t be back open till 9am Monday. Complete waste of my partners time, messed around by 2 people that do not communicate with one another, incredibly difficult to contact and ridiculous opening times for people who work full time.
