   first time coming here, the service was awesome. k1 was great, and very thorough. went in just expecting a standard trim, but they did everything. eyebrows, oils, even a hot, damp, flannel, which was very relaxing. beard trim for half price as well. then when i was finished, i found out i could take a drink for free, AND they gave me a ferrero roche. just incredible service, and one of the best trims i've had.

   My husband got his haircut at Zaza barbershop and we were both so impressed! The barber did an amazing job — the cut was clean, stylish, and exactly what he wanted. You can tell they really pay attention to detail and take pride in their work, and the staffs are very friendly , and welcoming . We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and skilled barbers!

   Left an honest review and the response speaks for itself. Once again the fact that I was pretty badly burnt was ignored and I still haven't had an apology. I was just giving my honest opinion and the reply went off on a tangent ... not helpful at all. On closer inspection of the other reviews left here you can blatantly see that they have been left by the owners/staff working there. The broken English, switching from past to present tense... blindingly obvious they are fake reviews, my guess is Jan has left more than one fake review. When I go to a barber the most basic requirement is that I don't leave with an injury. I know that mistakes are made, accidents happen... but to be totally ignored on multiple occasions is kind of hard to believe. My ear still hurts 3 days later. I'm just glad it didn't happen to my young son. I tried to be fair to you and you ignored the issue and focused on something irrelevant and absurdly told me to learn to speak Turkish if I visited the country. Very strange and odd that you would take the conversation there my friend...maybe instead you could have taken my very valid complaint and try to address that than getting defensive and trying to insult me. Sorry that you seem to think this is a professional way to deal with a customers complaint and injury, maybe instead of making fake reviews you should concentrate on brushing up with your customer service issues. Again, I'm sorry to leave a negative comment but I was very disappointed with the treatment I received

   I would fully recommend this barbers. They are very welcoming and always does a great job regardless of who cuts your hair. Pricing is reasonable and however staff are friendly and they do a top job 100% of the time.
