   Helpful and informative, and frequent with updating me about my claim. Is a slow process, but that's natural with having to contact multiple third parties and waiting g their responses. Monaj was friendly and ensured that I understood the documents being sent to me and what needed signing. He also answered any questions I had and helped where he could. Only downside is the constant asking to write reviews. I understand that they allow workers to get pay rises/move up in the workplace but once I've agreed to write the review I do not need constant asking as it is off putting to do. I also dislike being told it must be 5 stars otherwise the worker needs more training, well they should be at a standard where they don't need to specify that.

   I initially spoke to Rob who has been extremely helpful and very friendly. I am at the beginning stages of the process yet but the company have been amazing. I've had contact with a lovely lady named Hermione who was also very helpful. They are very understanding and have been contacting myself in the best way that works for me. I don't have any experience with claims companies but, so far I am more than happy and feel that the team are willing to help in any way they can. I look forward to seeing the process through with a bunch of lovely people. I would recommend the company to anyone seeking help in this respect.
