    I booked and paid online with a confirmed appointment. When I arrived, they claimed they couldn’t see my booking and had already started with someone else. I had to wait almost an hour with no apology or compensation. Their website says if customers are late, they get charged—but when it’s their mistake, nothing is done. Very unprofessional and selfish. I won’t be coming back!!!!!!!

    I took my son for his first haircut, he was nervous, however Dean was very reassuring. Would highly recommend. He did an excellent job and I left with a very happy boy!
