Have just started going to this salon. Been twice now . Blaise is an amazing hairdresser took the time in first appointment to discuss my hair and colours that would go well with my skin complexion. Both times I have come from there having my hair done have had so many compliments about my hair. Would highly recommend blaise to anyone
Whoever takes the bookings needs training in diary use!! Booked for the 10th May 2025, 3 weeks before, for highlights and cut. When I arrived today, I was told it had been booked in for the day before, no apology and told nothing they could do, not even a cut offered!! Tash & Mark, you pair need customer service training, I have been to you a few times and you offered nothing. Thank you Bos Hair & Colour opposite B&M for stepping in and showing goodwill when this salon failed in its service!!!
Started to enjoy going there for a cut with Zena up until my last visit. Left very disappointed, a terrible cut. With layers on one side and not the other, a chunk of hair was taken at the back, and layers on the other side were not blended. . No idea what went wrong, but I won't be back. Just 10 minutes in the chair and paid £20, needless to say I got it back after going back to discuss the problem.

I had a cut and colour by Mark a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I had blonde balayage highlights and even though the procedure took around 3 and a half hours to complete, Mark didn't rush anything or try to cut any corners and the results definitely show! :) I also didn't feel overcharged which can be the case in other salons with balayage treatment. The whole team were genuinely welcoming and I felt really looked after for the whole time I was there!
Never been to this salon before and have been looking for a good stylist for ages, I was booked in with Kate and I'm so pleased she gave me a great cut and was very helpful I have now found my hair stylist 10 out of 10 Kate. Thank you Kim xxx
