   We asked for this 2 working days ago. Initially Willfinda sent an email saying they could not find a will. However, within the hour, Ryan telephone to say he'd found one and asked if it was the correct one? I said yes and he then emailed it over within 10 minutes. Any problems, (none) then get back to him. Excellent.

   I paid Willfinda £290 for an enhanced plus service. 5 weeks later, after zero contact, i followed up.. conveniently my case was then closed 2 days later with no results. The report provided offers absolutely no information around the work carried out, its a generic report leaving me to assume that actually zero work was done on my case. If thats the service you receive from 'Enhanced Plus' then i can only imagine the service you would receive from standard. Appears to be a con. Update - asked for complaint details and received the following response. Please avoid this company. "Good morning Mr Cook, Had you not already exercised your right to leave a negative review, we perhaps would have responded directly. Our response to the review was our response in this matter."
