   Topstone Solicitors is giving you every classic red flag of a low-quality or low-capacity firm. Their email was: - Generic - Cold - Not client-focused - Not urgent, despite you clearly stating “urgent” - Not reassuring - Not even professional in tone A good firm would not say things like! But instead they replied: - "We need instructions". You lost a customer with your first reply! Very unprofessional.
