Absolutely fantastic experience at Outlaws Barbers in Malmesbury! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well looked after. The barber was incredibly skilled, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivering a truly top-notch haircut. The attention to detail was impressive, and I left feeling like a million dollars. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly too. Highly recommend Outlaws to anyone looking for a quality cut in Malmesbury! Five stars all the way!

Fantastic place for a haircut. The team are friendly and do a great job. They have cut both my hair and my 10 year old. They were great with my boy. You do need to book ahead which is super easy online!
Finally found a barbers that makes me wish my hair grew faster! Great barbers, good laugh throughout the haircut and a high standard of service. Fran made my day with her positive energy and talkative nature. Arrived looking like a potato, left looking and feeling like a sexy chip! Keep up the great work!
Normally excellent but recently visited and had a slightly less than the normal highly satisfactory experience. Just offering polite feedback here. Basically I popped in as there was no queue and only two customers being served as I entered. I was asked if I had an appointment and replied no. The staff member replied that was fine and advised me to sit down and wait. After around 15-20 minutes one of the barbers had finished with the existing customer who had paid and left. I was therefore very optimistic of being served next as no other customers had turned up. The freed up barber then walked past me a couple of times attending to various things but did not at any point suggest I sit on the barber chair ready to be served. Five minutes later another customer entered and said he had booked an appointment. That barber duly served him immediately but in doing so said nothing to me or propose that I would be served after that customer. After half an hour of waiting and as the other barber was still serving the same customer I saw when I had entered (who had pretty short hair to start off with), and with no explanation or advice as to when I might get served next, I decided to leave. On leaving both members of staff did not even attempt to speak to me (which I found to be a bit bizarre to say the least). As I say normally excellent - just not that particular day. Advice for next time : please tell customers if they are in for a very long and undetermined wait before being served..:)
