Recently moved back to Bristol and was looking for a haircut without going into town. Visited this place three times now for a burst fade and each time has been great. Decent price and no nonesense with friendly staff.
Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a medium skin fade with just a little off the top, and the barber with glasses completely butchered it. He shaved half my head way too short, left the fringe uneven—one side hacked off, the other left long—and showed zero care or attention. He was rough, practically slamming the clippers into my head, and even nicked my ear. I clearly expressed how unhappy I was, but he still charged me full price. Now I have to wait months for my hair to grow back to where it was. Avoid this barbershop. There’s no skill, no passion, and no professionalism here. Since I cannot reply to the response of the owner, you can clearly see the racism. Secondly, the CCTV will show you I paid in FULL. Thirdly, I don’t want to post a picture of the haircut I got… it’s embarrassing.

I had an excellent experience at this barber shop. The service was top-notch — from the relaxing hot towel and soothing massage to the attention to detail throughout the haircut. A special shoutout to the barber in the 3rd chair who offered me a coffee — such a thoughtful touch! It’s also really nice that they provide free drinks for customers. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent service , even let my 2 year old daughter sit in chair next to me as I had the full service done lovely people and very reasonable price will be using them from now on real good fade and beard shape up to 100 % recommend

Had a haircut,beard trim, neck shave, nose and ear wax(!!!) From I believe the owner . This is the first place I've been too in years that has hot towled, Beard shaping and trim was also good. The nose and ear wax was an experience and finished with the usual Turkish style fire For what I paid, i was more than happy. Will definitely be back
I came in on Saturday after cycling past this place on my way to work. Had a full head shave,beard trim, neck shave, nose and ear wax(!!!) From I believe the owner . This is the first place I've been too in 5 years that has hot towled, foamed and single blade shaved my head rather than just mashing my skull with a balding clipper. Beard shaping and trim was also good. The nose and ear wax was an experience and finished with the usual Turkish style fire bating haha. For what I paid, i was more than happy. Will definitely be back even if it's just for a beard trim.
