   Awful customer service. I booked an appointment online and it remained unconfirmed until the actual time of the booking. So I called to see if I can come. No answer. Then I get a text saying yeah I can come. I arrive and am barely greeted, end up wasting a whole hour waiting, seeing how they serve other customers, seemingly family friends before me. If you just ignore the booksy service, why even offer it? Waste of my time. I get now why the haircuts are so cheap.

   The experience was great overall. The hospitality was top notch. They are good professionals and cut the hair as I needed. Very Neat and Clear to be honest. The haircut was only 11 pounds. Further trimming and setting of the beard they charged me an extra 9 pounds which I believe was a bit more but as it was my first time they only charged me 15 pounds. But I believe for a light trim and the setting of the beard it should be 15 pounds only.

   My visit to Jaff Barbers was an absolute disaster. I went in hoping for a decent haircut and some basic customer service, but I left thoroughly disappointed. First and foremost, the quality of the haircut I received was appalling. It seemed as if the barber had no clue what they were doing. Uneven layers, jagged edges, and awkwardly cut hair were the highlights of my "haircut." It's safe to say that I could have done a better job cutting my own hair blindfolded. What made this experience even worse was the poor customer service. The staff at Jaff Barbers displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and courtesy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with indifference. They barely acknowledged my presence, and when they did, it was with a condescending tone that left me feeling like an inconvenience. Throughout the haircut, there was minimal communication between the barber and me. They didn't bother asking about my preferences or offering any suggestions. It was clear they were just going through the motions, eager to get me out the door as quickly as possible. As if the terrible haircut and the lack of communication weren't enough, the atmosphere in the shop was dismal. The place was unkempt, and the barber stations looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. It's not a place I would ever feel comfortable returning to. In summary, Jaff Barbers provided me with an absolutely horrendous experience. The poor quality of the haircut, the abysmal customer service, and the overall unpleasant atmosphere make it a place I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. It's astonishing that a business like this can stay afloat with such a blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. If i could leave 0 stars I would
