   Received the below after 3 years. My claim has been settled, but I’m not allowed to know details!! How much they received?? Can’t even speak to them!! Sounds suspicious!! We have settled your claim (as defined above). However, you will not receive compensation. We, and our clients (including you), are bound by strict confidentiality provisions as part of the settlement, and so you are unable to speak to anyone about the outcome of your claim. Can I pursue my claim elsewhere? No, in our view you cannot pursue your claim elsewhere. This is because (1) your claim has been settled, even though you won’t receive compensation, and (2) in any case, it had low prospects of success. I think I’ll put the last paragraph to the test.

   Millberg so far have been good at responding to my queries. They rectified an error which did cause me some frustration and sometimes it's hard to get a response from your case officer. I hope they can win the case for us and we can benefit from the claim we are making against Mercedes.

   Absolutely legends as they won a court trial, against VW group, for me and I've been paid immediately after the trial concluded.    The solicitors. I've trusted to handle my part in the Vauxhall emissions claim. So far they have been excellent.No unnecessary emails or contact.    I cant fault Milberg, whilst I don't have a single point of contact there is always someone who comes back to me quickly with any answers to my questions asked, despite working with what must be hundreds of claimants. I'm really pleased with the level of information updating me on the case- it's also set out in a way that as a layman I can understand. Further there was a video update which was incredibly useful but also made it feel personable. Submitting documents was also easy and surprisingly non onerous.
