   I had a highly disappointing experience at this Start Barbers. The staff was unprofessional, and particularly Umar's behavior and way of talking were very unpleasant. I arrived at the shop at 5:15 pm and patiently waited for my turn, being told I was the 2nd in line. However, after an hour of waiting, at 6:30 pm, Umar suddenly informed me that they were closing and refused to give me a haircut. I can understand adhering to closing time, but it was frustrating to be asked to wait for an hour only to be turned away at the last moment. This kind of disrespect towards customers is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this place.

   Great barbers, used them to cut my little boys hair who was 15months old at the time. Super patient with him and did a very professional job taking the time and effort to do it well. My husband now uses them too and always a good job on both his afro hair and beard. Always able to walk in and get seen quickly.
