    Brilliant group of barbers in here. Booked here hoping I could get my beard sorted- and boy did my barber deliver! I had Marco, wonder chap and once I had explained that I had trouble growing my beard out nicely due to a huge cows lick on my neck, he talked me through some ideas he had to make it look better. It’s the best I’ve had my beard looking in 3 years! Cheers again marco and team, very impressed. Prices are a bit more than other barber shops, but you get the Premium barber experience.

    I’ve been here twice and the first time the cut was great. The second time I had my hair cut by a different member of staff and after I got home I realised there was an uneven patch behind my ear. As a result of this I originally left a three star review. However Alex the manager saw my review and got in touch immediately and kindly offered for me to come back in the following day and get it sorted out. He did a great job sorting out the fade and smoothing everything over, and was great to chat with too. In recognition of this great customer service, I have amended my review and give Cut Box five stars.

    Quite a pleasant experience. I was gladly assisted by Charles who made everything he could to make me comfortable - walked me through the services, helped me decide what to do with my hair through some technical advice that was really helpful (I had an undercut and wanted to re-style), an enjoyable conversation all throughout without being distracted, and of course a nice, clean, and dapper cut in the end. Will come back as I felt good.

    I am so pleased with the haircut I got from Paula. She really listened to what I wanted and went beyond that too, giving very helpful advice on how to style and care for my hair. I have been trying different barbers since moving to Bristol 8 years ago and have never had such a good experience. Thanks! For any new customers the only thing I would say is that I found the barbers is a little hard to find - it's actually inside House of Fraser on the Lower Ground floor, tucked round the corner from the beauty department.
