   Had a great haircut with Mike on 19 feb 25. Mike was so helpful. He had a chat about new styles and what might suit. Mike was honest so helpful. He pushed me to try something a bit different and I was really happy with the result. Mike did a few techniques to make my hair more choppy and bring the best out of my hair. He also did my beard and again it was a fantastic trim. Mike was really friendly and welcoming. He chatted throughout and even asked throughout how the cut was looking and was I happy with how it was going. The shop itself has a really nice vibe and decor. Overall it’s the best haircut I’ve had and I really enjoyed the experience. Great guy. Great cut. Thanks Mike!

   Another brilliant experience with Mike at Mugshot, cannot go wrong with this guy!! Not from Bristol, but take every opportunity to get booked in when I'm visiting. It's more than a haircut, it's the conversation, the friendly atmosphere and the thorough care taken when cutting my hair. The fact that Mike remembered me and asked me about things we'd spoken about in may... amazing!! When you think about how many people barbers see, it's actually quite the talent, and something I really valued when I came back today. Something that is never offered to me anywhere else is... "do you like it so far?". How many times have you been to the barbers and sat there hating how the cut is going, but not want to say anything as it will make the experience uncomfortable. Well, Mike checked in with me throughout the process so I had the opportunity to say if I didn't like something. It's the little touches like this that set it apart from other barber shops. I cannot rate this place enough, I wish they had a shop in my city.

   Came to Mugshot Barbers with a self made hair disaster, fortunately I was able to be seen right away despite having to usually book through booksy. Matty (not sure if spelt right) worked wonders on my hair, with friendly banter and excellent skills, all in a presentable barbers. P.s. how cool are the gowns?!
