   Horrid experience…. Twice …. Once by the owner where I asked for 1 cm of the top he took 2 inches off might as well just shaved my hair off… so I decided not to go back again … last week I was stuck I had a wedding the next day and against my better judgement it was the only place opened with a possible walking … so I gave it a second chance… I left pretty much in tears … I had to tell him to stop . Did the opposite of what I asked then started arguing that what I wanted what not possible because he already took too much off and now has to do a different style … I didn’t finish the hair cut… I left and went to London the next day and found someone who did exactly what I wanted with ease…. This place has a lot of fake reviews and deleted negative reviews …. As my original review was removed! STAY AWAY

   Fantastic barbers providing a quality service at a very reasonable price, with a loyalty scheme as the cherry on top. I also appreciate the explanations the barbers make for a particular styling choice, which has helped me to understand my own hair a lot better too!

   Ruined my partners hair. He came in with a picture of what he wanted which is what he usually gets elsewhere. They took it far too short and it looks nothing like the picture. He came in with blonde shaggy hair wanting the sides trimmed, he left with a wonky incredibly short hair. I will add photos of what he came in with, what he showed them and asked for, and what he left with. Awful service. His hair is ruined and will just need to grow out. Edit: I'd like to edit to add after the owners response that my PARTNER was very unhappy with his hair when he got home, but he tried to be polite in the salon after they had ruined his hair, as he's not a confrontational person.
