   We contacted Maxine in 2020 for support to get a refund back from our Wedding Venue that was unable to provide a wedding service due to Covid. They were ignoring our requests for a refund. Maxine was confident to liaise with the company reasonably and was honest of the potential outcomes of each step she took. We were well informed along the way. As we were 3/4 years into our case with no response from the company we were getting really worried. Maxine was determined to win our case and encouraged us to take the case to court.
