   Nephew’s first hair cut was amazing!! Helen was kind understanding very Patient with my Nephew first, tried the clippers but he didn’t like that. Would recommend to anyone who had a toddler. Understood that he had his comforts with him e.i blanket would come back and for a great price

   This review is about the blonde hair woman farthest to the left of the main area. I asked for a skin fade half way up my head. The skin fade ended up more like a high taper fade. She managed to shave off part of my eyebrow which is circled in the pictures provided. Ive never had such a bad experience with a hairdressers before and Ive only had 2 bad experiences with this hairdressers and it was both with this woman. It took 50 minutes for one of, if not the worst haircut Ive ever had. For the whole 50 minutes it was silence. Like not a single word was spoken except when she asked me about what I wanted which she obviously didn’t actually listen to. The sides were way higher than I asked her to shave to. The fringe was way shorter than I asked her for. And the sides are uneven. So is the fringe. Its ridiculous. On top of that she charged me £4 more than any of them normally do. Both experiences Ive had with this woman have been absolutely shocking. I hate to say it but Im probably not gonna go back to this hairdressers unless Im desperate for a haircut which is a real shame since the other two have given me nothing but great haircuts but this is actually ridiculous. I recommend to send her back to training or something but that was actually appalling. First she completely messes up my hair and changed it completely from what I originally asked for. Genuinely just not good at all.

   I go way out of my way to come here to get my hair cut because it's the best for miles around. The ladies always do a great job and are always really lovely and friendly (and give a sick fade too). The kid's section is brilliant as well, my toddler loves sitting in the cars to have his hair cut!
