   We had a Very Bed Experience Recently, First Of All he never Communicate properly and he had open applications without our Permission on Our community Property before just last minute when we sale than our buyer hold payment until clear application on HMRC website and we chase him to this case and he not ready to talk over the phone and face to face . Still we wait for answer why you did an application on our property without our permission. But thanks god someone else help us and finely properly sold..

   Awful law firm. Their negligence almost completely sabotaged a recent house move. Contracts were exchanged and a completion date agreed before they were properly prepared to proceed. Whilst the chain was in meltdown FOR DAYS they would not communicate with anyone. The fallout is continuing with expenses being claimed throughout the chain through small claims court as a result of this delay.

   This is the worst firm ever to pass your job onto for commercial leases. I have been trying to get my work done, but there was no form of communication from them. It seems that they are an unprofessional and lazy firm. Looks like they are only open to a certain type of clientele which suits their purposes. The lady at the reception had a very rude attitude towards me ignoring my request to see a solicitor regarding my case. The firm should receive training on customer service. If possible, I would not give it a star at all. For the well being of the society, I do not recommend people to use this firm.

   Very poor communication and customer service. It appears they have taken on a lot of clients and as a result they have heavily compromised the level of service and time they are able to dedicate to each case. I attempted to bring up these issues with them but they were unwilling to engage in a civil manner. As mentioned by another reviewer, the main solicitors are difficult to reach. To make matters worse, they charge comparably more than other firms. I ended up paying them because I could no longer tolerate their unacceptable behaviour. A very valuable lesson learned.
