The girls in the shops are really helpful I think their names are Martyna and Caroline , would recommend them
Sell your gold elsewhere. Initial offer of £400, which was 50% below scrap gold price, then an offer of £600 after explaining the scrap gold price to them. They take advantage of anyone trying to sell, do your research. I sold it next day online to one of the gold buying websites for £760, right at scrap value. Took 2 days.
No longer pay scrap gold prices, take any gold you have elsewhere for a fair price
I’m a customer, I have been there a few times to buy a few earrings but this time I needed to exchanged currency and one more time they were awesome. Always warm, kind and professional. Highly recommended.
Rude woman behind the counter was condescending and belittling. There were more negative reviews on here but they seem to have disappeared. Been in once and certainly won’t be back! Every time my review gets deleted, I’ll post another, also on other social media platforms too for all to see.
