Very friendly staff. A small part missing from my delivery was dealt with within 5 minutes on the phone and shipped immediatley. Sounds like a great team - thanks to manager John and the kind lady who answered the call.
Bought online from the wallsend store. Was without a doubt the best transaction I have had with any store, from the depth of description to the quality of the packing it would be impossible to find fault.
Had an item on BuyBack, had to go away and wasn’t going to be back in time to get it back. Called up, spoke to, I think, Andy who added a 2 day hold with no questions. Call took less than 2 minutes and sorted everything out

the staff are very friendly and always able to help when purchasing something from them or if u put somthing in on buy back or sell. always able to answer any questions on an item as well. they are amazing every single time I go in. I have been going now for about 4 or 5 years and I have bought a lot from them as well and everything I have got Im always over the moon with what I got. Great value for money as well. Great selection of stuff as well. so helpful on buy backs as well and as well as selling to them. I would definitely be going back if I even need anything I always go there first. the manager of the place is amazing and helpful as well. 100 percent recommend going to the place and check out what they have in. If no stars were an option id give them that. Bought a laptop only to find it takes over 12 hours to download and install yet partners laptop is a lesser spec and takes less than 1.5 hours. Got promised it was a fast laptop only for word processing got told it would be ideal for what i needed what a joke 12 hours Later AND STILL SHOWING 95% come on wallsed buck up ur ideas or i go to cex or cash generator in blyth
The staff at the Wallsend store are extremely friendly and polite. Like the ( Byker store), If they can help they will help. Always have a smile on their faces and they enjoy a good bit of banter with the customers. I would highly recommend this store. 5 stars.
