Amazing shop and staff are remarkable in every way possible I'm a frequent user of this store and always get the best customer service from all the members of staff here. Sold a couple of stuff. They were really friendly and helpful and offered good prices.
Just a bad shop all around , some staff are pleasant but most are stuck up, with an attitude and condescending . Also they always try to have your eyes out when it comes to selling items or putting them on buyback with majority of the time not even being offered 50% of the selling price that they will be putting up for . Which is a disgrace if you ask me . Just greedy . Worst part is that when you sell or put something on buyback and you know you’re being robbed blind , if you say anything about it they get all defensive and in many instances I’ve been told we’ve got a few of these in the back and so we offer a lower price . It doesn’t work like that . If I sell you a an item today for 10 quid you can’t tell me tomorrow I’ll just give you 5 quod today cos I already got one . No trading standards whatsoever .
The buying team, especially, are a great bunch. They will try their upmost to accommodate your requirements. I have been receiving great service from David (aka Rama), Leigh, Carla, Connor and Jason. Ring or pop in.
Rang the shop beforehand to ask about bringing a work computer in and was advised by Jason this was absolutely fine. Travelled from Whitley Bay all the way to Newcastle to get to the shop to be told they don’t accept them. The gentleman who served me with the bald head was rude and condescending. Total waste of time and money. The excuse was the BIOS could have a lock on it which would render the laptop useless. I advised him repeatedly that I had the network key to unlock the laptop and I also advised it was a personal laptop with company software on but he wouldn’t have it. Ended up taking it to the Byker branch who happily loaned me the money I needed with an option to buy the laptop back. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received!

Be Warned, these guys are literally a rip off, i buy lots of guitars and these guys try and sell pre owned guitar for New prices. they have a fender strat for £4 less than it would be brand new from the Guitar shop, difference being there is VAT on a new item, you also have the option of 0% finance ect. be warned make sure to check prices first as this store is a rip off.
Great service and staff, I ordered a chain which broke within 10 hrs of delivery. The staff and manager were great when I phoned up. After the chain was repaired I emailed the receipt to the store and they have refunded me the full cost (which was more than we agreed for the reimbursement). I will be more than happy to use this store again, it's a shame they aren't my local store.
Decent selection of items, got a very good guitar amp for very cheap, although power cable was unusable, they offered to replace it.
