Recommended this solicitor's by the estate agent. Wouldn't recommend and have told my estate agent that for future. Service was poor. Didn't have any dealings with my solicitor Kelly, all through the assistants. I spoke to FOUR different assistants during the sale of my house. Estate agent would chase to be told they were waiting on items from me, which always had already been sent to them. Paperwork delayed even when I sent with plenty of time. Think the costs were expensive for the service received. The two stars is because the house did complete eventually

Not a call or email went unanswered from Kelly or Danika. Danika supported us and updated us throughout the process and really went that extra mile. Apex Law in Crayford is the most unprofessional solicitors I have ever worked with. Kelly Stewart is unprofessional, Ill mannered and does not communicate well with her clients. Throughout my whole process of buying a property Kelly who is the Lead Solicitor did not take any time out to introduce herself or make her self known to me. All correspondence and communication went through her assistants/associates. I consistently had to chase them for information and updates and they did not make adequate use of their app, sending out of email updates or telephone calls. I am a first time buyer and this whole process has been unpleasant due to the lack of professionalism from my solicitors.
