   Please know that when they tell you the loan is accepted and drag you to their office in Glasgow centre to go over everything including sending you home with a contract! Signed! And told money will be on the bank next day this doesn’t actually mean it’s accepted! Received an email to say it’s been refused! Honestly .. you shouldn’t tell people it’s accepted! We turned down other offers to take this one! Now left with 0 options!

   Messaged straight away to say I had been provisionally accepted. Then I received a voicemail from Lynne in the office saying my application had been successful and I was to call the office to finalise and have funds payed into my account. When I called back to do just that I had to answer every question on the application again over the phone before being told I didn’t meat the criteria.

   Fuming! Got told multiple times that they would have “no issues” and that my loan would be in my account before a set time and then just a few hours before the money is due in my account I get an email saying I’m not getting it, no reason why. After making me drive from Kilmarnock to Glasgow to sign documents. Your company values include “Honesty” and “Humility” but I’ve seen none of that.
