    The credit union used to be good and easy to access, then when covid hit they made it easier to transfer money from the credit union to the bank by phoning, not due to staff problems you can only do this once a month with the new building, which I hadn't been informed about moving, now doing less hours it's difficult to use with Wednesday nights now shut, I work nightshifts and was easy to phone and go back to bed but now I have to get up for around an hour to wake,dressed, head to Wishaw and back home again, definitely going to close my account after taking most of my money from it, the new building isn't very personal with people standing next to each other and can hear other people's business and how much they want to withdraw and what savings they have before it used to be in a secure room

    Joining the credit union many years ago was the best way to save then and always will be . Definitely can't beat it. I also got my son to join he loves it . Its definitely the way forward to saving.ive told my colleagues who also love it and some even say its an life saver. The staff in wishaw are always very friendly very helpful . I've never ever had any issues.
