   Staff aren’t remotely interested in helping unless buying expensive items, enquired regarding prices of silver and the woman behind the Perspex was instantly dismissive and patronising. When I asked for her name, she hid her name badge and told me it was none of my business. If looking for quality advice on these items, head to Cash Generators where the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Not cheeky and rude like this establishment!

   Woman looked disinterested didnt take the stones into account just the 14ct gold i dont have photo id but all letters even from the council and even my doctors but as no photo id she wasnt interested in goving a price for my ring. She looked as if she had a bad day already not even one smile to greet us.

   Presented a cheque and enquired on the process for cashing, I was looked at like the cheque was stolen, all provided ID wasn't acceptable. The member of staff repeated herself multiple times in a rather condescending manner and did not answer any questions; she seemed happy when telling me I wouldn't be able to cash the full amount.

   Ramsdens seems to have the best local rate £ to € that I can find. However, everytime I use them there seems to be problems. Online rate is different to the in shop rate and you have to spend £1000 for them to match it. The staff never seem to know exactly what they are doing, but they have tried to be helpful to me. The "transfer" service is a better rate again and is free. Ramsdens has been hacked previously and I received an email saying I should change my password. If I could find a place to match their rates I would not use them again.
