   I was in a place where I didn't know where to turn for help so, I read a few reviews for different companies and decided to try this one. All I can say is the reviews I read, did not do the company justice. From the very first phone call. I have been shown empathy and professionalism from all staff concerned. I was offered several options for assistance and given the pros and cons for each option. Once i had made my choice, I was kept up to date regarding the progress of my case. Tom had taken my details and then I was transferred to my case manager Chris. Chris's support over the phone as I was asked to provide information was amazing and I admit that after the end of the phone call, a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I urge anyone that is having difficulty with their finances to contact Trust Deed Scotland for help. They are empathetic, professional and genuinely want to help. Keep up the amazing work that you do

   I am so grateful for trust deed Scotland and individually Sharon from trust deed Scotland. I’ve been struggling for months with my debt situation being young and not really sure what to do it affected my mental health. I reached out to the team about my situation where they came up with what solutions would be possible for me. I kept putting it off and chose to bury my hand in the sand as I was ashamed and was too nervous to follow through. After I finally built up the courage to go through with it again I picked up the phone to Sharon who was nothing but kind and helpful to get my case back on track. The team works contact around you, due to work I have had to rearrange many of my calls, but everytime Sharon was more than happy to do so and always made sure contact was in a time convenient to me. After a few phone calls I am now in the position to have this massive weight off my shoulders and in a plan that works for me. I would never have been able to do it without Sharon making the whole experience comfortable and as easy as possible. If you are thinking about contacting the team and having any doubts, please pick up the phone and do it.    My wife and I had a positive experience with Trust Deed Scotland. From the very start, everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.    Spoke to a member of the team and went through the scottish debt help choices available for me. Meticulous detail on all - for me the best two were the debt arrangement scheme and the protected trust deed. You can write off debt with the trust deed and it lets you go debt free in 4 years but my income can go up and down so I opted for the debt arrangement scheme and it'll let me pay off extra chunks as and when I need to. Everyone was uber-friendly and muchos experienced. Good experience, all round.

   Original contacted them about a protected trust deed but did the call with their debt adviser and chose the debt arrangement scheme instead. Don’t regret it at all. Best thing about the das is being able to chip in more cash and pay it off faster
