   I picked Excel to help me with a house sale which was complicated a little by the fact I live overseas. I chose them solely on the proximity of their office to the house I was selling. I very rarely leave reviews for any service on Google, but Chris and Maria were absolutely superb throughout the whole process of the sale, so I felt it would be unfair not to review. Throughout the process, they were very clear with their instructions and requirements. It felt like they were genuinely on my side and were not just in it to collect a cheque like some other law firms. Also they were very reasonably priced. Genuine review. Highly recommend.

   Chris came as a recommendation to me from the Estate Agents who were responsible for overseeing my house purchase. It quickly became evident as to why he was referred. Chris was quick out the blocks with starting the process and keeping me constantly updated with his progress, vendor developments, and anything else which needed my attention. All during which he was swiftly answering any queries I had (including many FTB clarifications) in a timely manner, whilst being clear and easy to understand. I feel fortunate to have lucked out with Chris/Excel for my purchase. There were of course some bumps but overall Chris ensured I had a minimal stress experience. Highly, highly recommended!

   I would give -5 stars if I could. Disgraceful man picking up calls when calling at reception. Extremely rude and incompetent. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid and save yourself the inevitable disappointment.
