Emma has been an amazing councillor to talk to, to trust, and to be myself around. She listens with compassion and shows empathy towards me which created such a special bond. Her strategies and tasks have really benefited throughout my time here.
Emma is a great help. She is always there when you need her, either by phone or an appointment. She takes time to listen to you and you never feel rushed. Emma is a caring person who truly wants to help and does it a very professional manner. I have no doubt she will help me through this difficult period.
