   Ordered a wreath from Janet's for my late aunties funeral and explained roughly what we wanted, we were also going to ask for 5 roses tied together with tartan ribbon(from the children)Janet was so helpful and understanding, took time to show/explain what she could do for us and how it would look. She suggested she could do a lovely posey and add 5 thistles, representing one from each of the boys. 5* service and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

   Fantastic service from Janet, we ordered funeral wreath recently, wanted star shape, infilled with white flowers, but with yellow roses and sunflowers (if available), edged with gold ribbon, fairly specific for a very special lady, and the result was just perfect and beautiful. Highly recommended.

   Ordered flowers for my mums 60th birthday. Asked for lillies and some thistle. What arrived was a large bouquet of carnations and what looked like large daisies. I called Janets to express my dissatisfaction and I was rudely informed that all Lille’s were used up for Valentine’s Day. When I said she should have told me she couldn’t provide lillies she didn’t seem to care or acknowledge that she hadn’t supplied me as a paying customer, what I had requested. I politely informed her I felt the bouquet looked rather cheap compared to what we spent. Customer service was pretty poor in that her tone was of someone that was annoid at having received a complaint. No offer to partially refund me or to send more flowers. Will apparently give my mum some lillies when she sees her in passing. Not ideal
