I phoned this shop at short notice to organise a delivery same day, which they managed to accommodate with. Called today and spoke to a lovely helpful lady who took my order over fone and delivered in person. fantastic service and will definitely use again
Would not recommend this place they ruined a brand new coat not yet worn and I’d be too embarrassed to wear it now the hem is all wonky the lining is all puckered the vent at the back of the coat is 2 lengths and it had been taken up an inch more than we’d agreed she said to take it back but there was no fixing that mess I sent her umpteen photos of the state of the coat and seems I’ve been blocked so there’s no way of getting anything back from her as the number on the side of the shop doesn’t work either the coat will probably go to charity absolutely shocking I’m disgusted . I wasn’t asked to try before taking it home just handed it over the counter the seems weren’t even pressed. I could go on and on as I’m absolutely raging money down the drain. I hope your proud of yourself
