i had my nails done 1 week and two days and the shine on it’s gone and i’ve lost a nail whist paling my bag and it’s ripped offf

Had an emergency and my usual nail lady wasn't well so gave Happy Nails a go. So happy with the end result. Super fast and good quality. Will definitely visit again!
I booked an appointment today but when I arrived I was rudely told I could not be seen for an hour. Very abrupt and rude staff members. Would not recommend.
I have been there few times, as long as Sandy is doing your nails you're fine, but recently an older guy did my nails and it's all chipped after less then a week. He also filed them too much so they are breaking as are too thin. Very disappointed.

Today I had my nails and toes done which I quite often do at this salon. Today a new girl started my toes which I didn’t check before she started my hands, when I’m my hands it was noticed that I needed a new set so she started to remove the old ones by clipping them off then another girl told me it would be £10 extra bit late in telling me I said but ok. A man who has done my nails a few times took over and done a lovely job. When putting on my shoes I could see my toes weren’t very good at all and it became clear this girl was training along with another girl who had done a lady next to me who wasn’t happy so the owner had to start them again. On paying I had a 50% off card as I had need so many times. But I was only aloud the 50% off the hands. This is fine however 2 points, 1 my card is full from having hands and feet done with happy nails and 2, a trainee done my feet. Is it correct that I pay full price for a trainee? I brought this up only to be told by the owner not to return to the shop! Absolutely rude and no need of what so ever! Such a shame as I have so many friends that go to this salon which will now no longer go to. I am local and I will be spreading the word on the rudeness. Maybe some training in politeness is needed!
