   Used this store for years when Lee ran it, purely for the convenience, price and because Lee was so good! Went to have nails done when new people are there, nails coming off after 5 days, never had this before visiting anywhere else and have tried many alike nail shops. Also was asked if my nails were okay throughout the treatment and pointed out things that were wrong, cut way too short, nail art wrong etc. but this was never rectified or changed to how I asked for it? There’s a sign on the wall explaining refunds/being happy and they will do their best so you love your nails. I unfortunately didn’t receive this even after pointing out the issues! Won’t be going back, prices are the same as everywhere else, will go somewhere better with hygiene certificate and can do nails as requested!

   Fantastic service, salon is under new ownership and they have made many good changes, also the give absolutely fabulous nails!! I am SO happy with my Christmas nails, my daughter is very pleased with hers too - thank you so much. Really fast service with short waiting times, service is extremely friendly and welcoming, the salon is looking really professional, modern and comfortable too.

   Waited for around 5 minutes to get my nails done as it wasnt busy. Theyre beautiful and I’m extremely pleased. Staff were lovely as always. Unfortunately I’m not sure how to attach a photo to this review, but I have uploaded it somewhere. believe me when I say they are absolutely stunning and I couldn’t be happier :)

   Would give 0 stars if I could, worst nails I’ve ever had & the most expensive!!! Asked for BIAB. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The ‘BIAB’ formula seemed cheap before it was even put onto my nails & it was extremely hot when being cured under the LED lamp, so hot it was burning my nail beds & I had to take my hands out every time and blow on them to cool it down - I’ve never had this with BIAB, this worried me instantly but they didn’t bat an eyelid… health & safety??!! I asked to keep my natural nail length as I wanted to grow them but they have been filed right down & look absolutely awful - also whilst filing with the electric file the man nipped my skin, it hurt that much I jumped & it was bleeding but he laughed it off. Then a lady sat down & painted them - she did take her time but I’ve got to say I can do soo much better myself - the gel bled around my cuticle & there are air bubbles on several nails, not all of the nails are neat. I’m extremely disappointed, when told they were finished I was astonished they cost £35!!!! … I wish I’d have gel’d my own nails at home, thought I’d be giving myself a bday treat but I know next time to avoid this salon. I’ve also just read another review (wish I’d seen it before) that someone else had the same experience as me & has since had BIAB removed elsewhere but her nails have been destroyed by the product they use. I won’t be returning ever again & will be advising F&F to avoid!!

   Some reviews aren't that good for this nail bar, my daughter wouldn't go anywhere else, she has her nails done regularly and they always come back looking nice. agree that its not the tidiest of places, a bit of time spent on it could make it look more attractive for others

   had my first set of acrylics here. the man took his time and helped me with achieving exactly what i wanted. appointment took just over an hour and cost £35 even though i was quoted £20 on the phone. overall pleased with the results and lasted for ages! would use again but would hope for the quoted price

   Would definitely not recommend this place. I had a shellac manicure less than a week ago. The painting was done rushed and carelessly and I was shocked when I was told the nails were finished - I had pink paint all over my fingers! They were tidied up but chipped within 2 days and my nails are now very bendy and weak and they had used a drill type machine to remove my previous gel with no soaking. As per the salon, it was filthy. The worktop wasn’t even brushed off and had other peoples nail filings on it. Though it was inexpensive, I would absolutely not recommend.

   DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, their practices are dangerous. I am a man and I got a manicure and a pedicure because I do a sport for which I need to keep my nails very short. They used a spinning grinder on my nails and they went through most of the nail at each of the cuticles. You can see from the photo now that my nails have grown out that the nail remaining after 'grinding' is very thin and when it grows out is likely to be damaged/bent back. I went back to talk to them about this and they said it is 'normal' and were quite rude (the owner was polite, but the man who did the treatment made it clear that I should leave the shop). I simply do not believe this is normal and ALL previous treatments that I have had elsewhere have never used this grinding spinning wheel technique. I will go back to using my old place which is further from my home. AVOID USA Nails - RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
