   So so rude. Came here with my friend after we had booked earlier today. The wait time was an additional 30 minutes, fine. However the way the staff spoke to the customers was appalling and no it was not a language barrier problem which can be understandable in situations of course. However not in this one. In addition they do not care about customer wellbeing and satisfaction. Customers were getting cut and scratched by the staff as they have little care (on the nails/ fingers).

   Sorry to be critical but my experience here was so awful. I went here to get my nails and toe nails done with my mum for a wedding. My mum was in and out in around 40 minutes and her experience was fine. I, however, had a young male doing my finger nails as he swapped with someone. He was clearly training which is also fine however, nobody checked what he was doing. He put base layer on 4 times and the lamp was hot he burnt my nails. I asked numerous times for someone to check and that this wasn’t right. I was in there an hour and 40 minutes just for gels. Two of my nails have now lifted where they were burnt and are very sore and one of my nails is now splintered at the side and they still tried to charge me full price. My friend went in and had the same experience with the young male and she has two burn patches on her thumb nail
