   Unbelievably, still in existence? In my opinion, this outfit are a bunch of con-artists. They took a large amount of money from my parents to write and store their Wills. They give the impression that they are Solicitors - they are not. When it came to release my Fathers' Will, I specifically requested that it be sent 'special delivery'. They charged £15 for the privilege but I wanted to be certain that this valuable document would not be lost so I paid up. FLS sent it ordinary post with no signature (and therefore, no tracking) required. I advise you to do what I have done - write your own will and make sure that it is properly witnessed - no charge and no worry involved.

   Disappointed to say the least with this company. Stopped paying for them to hold our Wills over a year ago. Since then have been trying to get them back… I understand these are our documents not theirs but it’s like getting blood out of a stone. Today I’m told they have received my request and I should hear something soon.. Not holding my breath but will keep on as I want our Wills back. I truly wished I’d never used them as it’s not cheap and the service is so bad

   From my experience, I can only agree with the other negative reviews here. They drew up the wills, but when we tried to contact them regarding the wills during the COVID restrictions, they said they had subcontracted all work out to another legal firm - who we never heard from. Also,like others, we were paying £25 per month for storing the wills,which others do for free. We changed our wills to Coop, who were totally professional and were not impressed with what we told them about FLS. We asked FLS to return our wills - which they never did. Once they weren't getting your money, they seemed no longer interested. But they're superseded anyway. I thought I'd give them a chance to act on our request, but enough time has elapsed. The salesman - with hindsight - actually reminded me of those who used to flog timeshares. If you want to have some comfort knowing that your affairs will be in order and managed for your loved ones,without the stress of wondering if they'll do their job - DO NOT use FLS.

   Absolutely incompetent. Requested change of will 3 time's. Had to constantly ring them and chase them, then they sent the revised will though with incorrect pages attached to the wrong documents, which makes it completely pointless if they were required. Never had such bad service from a legal company. Save your money and use a post it note.

   Couldn’t fault the service of this company. My elderly Mother and her long term partner needed Wills drawn up. They are quite immobile and not trusting of strangers and the Wills were not straight forward. They had a home visit and were put at ease instantly. Andy was very gentle and kind to them and explained everything in layman’s terms. He genuinely seemed to care and provided a very efficient good value service. The paperwork came very quickly and our requested amendments were efficiently dealt with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

   I would have to agree with the general theme of the other negative reviews for this company, they sell the idea of their home visit as a £125 will writing service but in reality it's to get their foot in the door to try to upsell you to their £2500 service agreement. This is done by steadily building up a totally false picture of how much it will cost your executors when you pass away, they even tried to falsely claim that your executors will have to pay your debts and any taxes out of their own pocket rather than from your estate - factually incorrect. They then offer to solve all of your problems for a mere £2500! Not great especially when they then refused to even entertain writing our will without a further trust in place, you guess it, another £400 service. My advice would be to totally avoid this company and make sure that your elderly relatives do not go near them, instead find an established local solicitor who will give you the correct advice and handle your estate planning for you for a lot less than the extortionate fees Future Legal service charge. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
