   I went here a few months ago and forgot to write a review so here This was the worst salon visit I’ve ever had. During my pedicure, the male tech inappropriately massaged my leg and made me bleed, He then began my manicure, but instead of one person working start to finish, they had two people doing different hands at the same time, pulling me in opposite directions and became angry when I asked for a simple shape refinement. It was chaotic, rushed, and completely unprofessional. Hygiene was unacceptable: fruit flies in the salon, dust everywhere, old nail clippings still on the tables, and staff with long, dirty nails and no gloves. Tools and workstations were not cleaned between clients. The atmosphere was hostile and uncomfortable from start to finish. This was not just poor service, it was unhygienic, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Do not go here.

   Thought I’d try USA nails in Frome and I’m never going back. She made me bleed 3 times, when I mentioned it to her she didn’t care! Nails are average and the place is dirty, so was one guys natural nails, dirty and long, I was close to walking out when he glued dirty tips on my nails dropped the nail file on the floor and carried on then left me waiting for another staff member with half done nails! Waiting on an infection now!

   This nail store is so expensive!!! I WILL NEVER PATRONISE THEM AGAIN!!! The first and last time I was there they made horrible nails for me and after complaining about it they increased my fee. A word is enough for the wise!!! There are other amazing nail salons in Frome city centre.

   Not a fan and won’t be here again. They jump between customers which means they end up taking ages for your nails to be done because it’s done in shifts. You end up waiting less to be seen but then your actual service takes forever because they keep stopping and going to someone else. Also, there’s no way this place is up to snuff on health code. They used the same tools on me for the girl next to me without cleaning them in between. DISGUSTING. They have a giant container of exfoliating scrub and just stick their hand/scrub tool in it. Avoid this place like the plague. Also they’re cash only (??) never again. Update: my cut opened up and he got blood on his hand. He wiped it on the towel and just kept going. But then he started working on the lady next to me and didn’t wash his hands! How is this place still open?

   Lovely staff who jumped between customers to ensure no one was waiting for ages. Very polite professionals and price is discussed before hand, and it's not the cheapest.. however, a nice service.

   Had my acrylic nail set done today by USA nails and they did a wonderful job. the nails are beautiful and strong and I’ve had so much positive feedback about them. There prices are reasonable and location is so easy to find. Only down side is there English in fairly limited and makes it hard to explain what you want. Other than that I highly recommend them
