   We needed to make a new mirror will and, as our last solicitor had retired, I searched online for reviews. One of the best solicitors for wills in our area was for Toni Charlick at the Patrick Lawrence Partnership. Even though she is based in Gravesend, they have an office in Chatham which is much more convenient for us and she, quite happily, agreed to meet us there. Everything was simple from start to finish, I received an email with what they would require for the first appointment (proof of ID, etc), their fees, inheritance tax rules and other information relating to wills. Toni was on time for the appointment, talked us through various options open to us. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. I also had a question about another matter, not will related, that may have required another appointment with a different type of solicitor, she couldn’t answer my question at the appointment but said she would look into it. The next morning she phoned me, having spoken to an associate, and assured me that I didn’t need to take any further action with my other possible problem. I thought this spoke well of the firm in general. Our will was fairly straightforward and was completed with a couple of weeks. I would, with hesitation, recommend Toni.

Since then, several things have changed, grandchildren etc. We wanted to discuss how relevant our will was now and take advice on the alterations needed to fulfill our wishes.    I cannot recommend Patrick Lawrence Partnership enough, specifically Raveen and Emily. After a particularly messy separation both my divorce and financial matters were dealt with in a way that was sensitive to my health whilst trying to keep my costs as low as possible. My interests were always put first and I was always given the best advice that would be most beneficial to me. Raveen certainly packs some punches, not taking rubbish from others, and Emily is a wonderful 'wing-woman' always at the end of the phone when she knew something would upset me. I genuinely don't have the words the say to express how happy I am with the service that I received and how much I appreciate their time, effort, advice, support, and guidance these past few years.    I highly recommend Andrew and Stephen - absolutely amazing service from both and very informative which led to achieving the outcome of gaining full custody of my children! Made to feel comfortable at all times and knew they were both with me every step of the way. At times, there was a lot of communication from myself to Andrew - he responded and dealt with the problem - straight away every time! Nothing was too much to ask for. Very reliable team and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family law solicitor :)
