Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience, the salon itself was beautiful and clean. After numerous attempts to redo my big toe, as the male nail techs placing of the UV lamp was completely off everytime. I have come home and the shellac has chipped off. The male nail tech was inpatient and rude, he wouldnt allow for suggestions of what I wanted colour wise. He seemed to not want to be there or wanted to move on quickly so he could serve the next customer. It wasn't very busy however. I heard other customers complaining of pain during manicures, without much concern from their nail techs. I would recommend going elsewhere, there are much nicer places where you can receive much better customer service and better pedicures.

This salon is not what it used to be... I've been charged Β£35 for shellac(no details, nothing special just pink shellac) While my best friend was charged Β£35 for ombre 30 min ahead of me... They seem to change you based on their liking... The vibe was terrible off and the staff are often chatting between each other in their own language making you feel uncomfortable. I definitely not recommend this place.

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for some time. When I visited a few days ago I felt that the male did not understand my request and was very impatient with me. I requested that that the Biab nails be removed with acetone and for them not to use the drill bit to remove it, as my nails were very weak. They ignored me and used the drill bit. I then asked for extensions. He couldnβt get the squoval shape right and the nails are very thick. I ask for the same colour I had before (coral) and they put on a red/pink colour. He kept hurting the tip of my finger, pushing my finger down, telling me to relax. Then somehow my nail whilst under the UV it must have touched the side which meant it required a few seconds touch up. He was very annoyed and said I should be more careful. I also know that 3 of the nail technicians were talking about me amongst themselves, this was very obvious. I believe itβs very rude to talk in a different language in front of customers in this way. Will not be going there again. Very disappointing.

Iβm in so much pain Β£33 for all different lengths my fingers are swollen from the constant filing in/on my cuticles and bled. If I get a infection I will sue (fyi got them done 10 mins ago so could get worse)

I would not recommend at all. I got infills today and they were terrible, to the point I refused to pay unless they were done properly. This meant I spent 3.5 hours here. I gave up raising how poor they were - I left with the nails all different shapes and lengths and the polish was put in so thick they look 3d. They do not clean any instruments between clients, which leaves the risk for infection. I have been here previously and been cut 3 times due to their carelessness and rushing - due to the bleeding they decided to put nail polish remover on the cuts to stop it. Left with red and swollen fingers. Avoid at all costs!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They do not listen to what you want just do what they want to do, I grew my nails an just wanted gel and they cut my nails right back and tried making me have acrylics. One of my fingernails is cut back so far itβs painful. The man with the tattoos on his hand is particularly rude much better off going somewhere else where they actually do what you ask for!!!! If I could give minus number stars I would.

will not be returning here. All of my nails were different shapes and the nail tech was rude and unhelpful. I had a few different nail options I wanted to get so I showed pictures the nail tech kept rolling his eyes and saying the prices in an annoyed manor, in the end all of the nails were overpriced so I had to choose a more plain option and after some debating I chose a simple one colour polish with acrylic tips, this was Β£30. I also felt very ill and breathless while in this shop (my throat was sore and tight 2 days after my nail appointment ) there was no ventilation in the polluted room, not even a door or window open and it smelled very chemically and was filled with the dust from the nail files. Donβt recommend going here.

I wasnβt happy with the nails as it wasnβt like the picture the lady in the shop humiliated me in front of loads of clients shouting at me because I told her I wanted her to do it again. I asked for a basic white tip as she clearly wasnβt able to do patterns and I wanted to make her life easier and have my nails done. She then was trying to cut my acrylics off so she could give me a refund which I thought was disgusting. A very disgusting shop and customer service. Do not recommend
