Small solicitors so make sure to check if they can do what you need before going to see them. Something I needed desperately and they don't do, is identity verification, this is ID1, ID2, ID3 or ID4 Land Registry forms. Pretty silly that they don't do it as they are the only solicitors in this area and these forms are needed for conveyancing services. I ended using V Martin Estate Solutions Ltd, which are a much smaller firm and now resides in Harold Hill at the Saint George's Church. The only other time I used Sanders' services was for an affidavit, a few years ago, and that was OK.
