   My thoughts are: Explain what you are going to do before you start so the customer is aware and then they can make an informed choice eg if you are about to wax eyebrows before an eyebrow tint, ask if that's what they want first and also explain it's at an additional cost to the tint. From my knowledge toe nails should be cut straight across and not rounded. If this is the usual practice of the salon then the customer should be given a choice. The man at the salon seemed nice and friendly and offered us a drink. On the day we went the shop front looked like it could do with a clean.

   Apple Nails; by far the best nail salon I’ve visited in many years. Since finding this wonderful business 2 years ago, I’ve never needed to go anywhere else. Each time I arrive with a different challenge, I’m greeted with a smile, a confident yes and I’m never disappointed. Always offered a drink and the staff are all courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about all the services they offer. Thank you Apple Nails!

   Not a great service from them the gel is thickly applied and is lumpy they haven't done the nails right it's chipped at the top of my nails thumb nail is broken bubbles have appeared after having them done i won't be back

   Went back to Apple Nails after a break of a few years. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of colours to choose from. Found it hard to decide which one. Very happy with the end result. Will be going back.

   The man that did my nails was very slow, took 1hr 45m to do a new set, and that was with finishing early due to me needing to leave for work so I didn't get the design I wanted. He'd also filed one of my natural nail beds so much it split from corner to corner (I didn't realise this until almost a week later my finger was red and very hot to touch, felt sick with throbbing pain anytime I caught my nail & it was wet under the acrylic... I removed the acrylic nail and it was infected from the split!) Never went here before, definitely won't be returning..

   There’s not a lot of helpful reviews about this nail shop however I think that it’s a great shop for acryic nails however they over charged by £10 for a shellac nails without that much explanation. Also the smell of the acetone was very pungent and there wasn’t much ventilation to try and get rid of it. The people are friendly and I would recommend this salon if you want acrylic nails which are £25/ £35 for shellac varnish or if you want a normal manicure!
