Arrived 35 mins late for a pre booked taxi. When I called to to ask where the car was response was “don’t know but it is on its way to you”. No acknowledgment of being late or did it feel like they were concerned. Disappointing. Worth also noting that their price is high relative to others in the area. This was all agreed up front, so while I knowingly agreed to the price, I did so expecting a good service!

Our taxi service this morning to London King’s Cross was excellent. The initial car provided was too small for our luggage, but the company quickly arranged a larger vehicle without any hassle. The driver was pleasant and professional, and we arrived at the station well ahead of our train departure. Highly recommended for their prompt and efficient service.

On Christmas Day the driver assisted my elderly in-laws into the car, drove them carefully and considerately, carried their bags and saw them safely into their home. Fantastic, caring service. Not a great experience, agreed to be picked up 35 min after landing early on Saturday and the driver was a no show. Called the main number and they couldn’t get hold of the driver. Back-up car had to be sent which arrived over an hour after landing. Then the original driver called me while I was in the back-up car asking where I was! When you’ve done a long haul flight you just want a taxi ride home to be as simple as possible. This was anything but simple , totally uncoordinated and v poor communication. I think I’ll be avoiding this firm from now on!
