   Missed out on the 5 stars this year as I wasn’t 100% happy with the wreath when I collected it. There were white flowers in it that weren’t in the picture I shared (of last years order) when I asked if they could be removed, I was met with some hostility from a few members of staff. This really ruined my shopping experience. The white flowers weren’t removed before I left the shop as I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave the shop and wished I had never mentioned it. I was able to pull the white flowers out of the wreath myself at the graveside and I was then more than happy with the wreath, as I have been for the previous 10 + years we have ordered from yourselves. Overall the staffs attitude on the day I collected the order is what has let the score down. A customer should be able to feel comfortable in saying they aren’t 100% happy with an order and have it changed without feeling like they have done something wrong.

   We are just home from a lovely afternoon at the garden centre seeing Santa! Wow! Santa really looked the part and my daughter was in awe of him. The smile left on her face was amazing, was a magical experience! Well done Williamson's!! We also stopped at the cafe for a bite to eat, the food was great too and the lovely staff behind the counter in the garden centre are a credit to you too, couldn't be more helpful! We will be back! Xx

   A lovely cosy feeling that awaits you when you visit Williamson's. A large range of garden and house plants and floral arrangements. The in-shop florist provide arrangements for all occasions and offer a delivery service. Their cafe has a nice selection of hot and cold meals, and cakes. I would be happy to recommend a visit, especially on approach to Christmas where there are loads of festive decorations and lighting ideas.

   I so appreciated having a florist who was able to help me arrange a bouquet delivery while I was in Australia. The entire process was seamless and they delivered my bouquet so quickly. On top of that, I had regular updates to let me know where they were in the process and within hours of placing my order, it was delivered. The bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I can't recommend Williamson's enough! Thank you.

   Used to come to this cafe a lot, but stopped as service and food was not to usual standards. How ever popped in last week and couldn’t believe in transformation, the young staff were so helpful and very efficient, and food was 1st class. Returned today again, different young staff but they were every bit as efficient as last week, food and coffee were excellent. Certainly will be regular visitor again

   Not much parking as you come in on the left but make sure you get in early. It gets mega busy from 12 midday to 3pm. Inside is packed with cool stuff it feels a bit better than Dobbies. The cafe area is large and thankfully they have the tables wepl spaced apart so it feels relaxing. Decent food.

   Much more than a florist - although the flowers are beautiful. Superb choice of faux flowers as well, along with a lovely gift selection. Visited the tea room and this was lovely as well. Excellent cappuccino and great tea pots that don't dribble tea all over the table. Lovely selection of well priced plants as well.
