Booked a cab with this company for one of our customer travelling from Terminal 5 to University of Surrey for 19th September 2024 at 1.30pm. Paid for the service online through minicabit. No one turned up and when we called to find out, Rashid was very rude and unprofessional. Don't even think of using this company ever? They have no shame in the way they run the business. Had to book the customer on UBER to reach the destination.
Always prompt and reliable. I have used this company multiple times for airport runs and recently a late night pick up in London. I have never been let down - drivers are polite, helpful and safe drivers.
The service is very correct and the price, comparatively with other similar services, too. Special mention to Ajay, our driver, who is very punctual, friendly and a good driver. However, I do not give 5 stars to the company because I think there are some aspects to improve: - When hiring, clients should be given some instructions regarding how and where the meeting with the driver will be. We didn't know how to meet the driver until we received a WhatsApp a few minutes after landing. -We hired an "Executive" category vehicle (They used a Mercedes e-Class as an example) and the vehicle that picked us up was a Jaguar I-Pace, which does not belong to that segment (much smaller and less comfortable) Except for these two aspects, I do recommend the Prima Drive service.
Thanks to the staff at Prima drive for their excellent service providing my airport transfer. Drivers were on time and courteous, and the cars were clean and comfortable. The price was very competitive and a query I had was answered promptly. Can't ask for better service 10 out of 10.

Great experience with this company. We were traveling to Heathrow on the evening of the 31st December. The driver (Abdul) reached out in the morning to confirm pickup and even though our flight got delayed by an hour, he still picked us up. Great service and I'll definitely book with them again.
Excellent service. The initial pick up hotel to LHR T3 was spot on, very willing and friendly driver. Return booking, though slightly later than planned was without major fault. Excellent driver very helpful with luggage, very good customer service. Would happily recommend and re-use with hesitation.
Excellent service from Asad, our driver. He came on time and to the right place. He was very helpful with the luggage and patient with my elderly grandma and disabled auntie. Very good service from Prima drive as they kept me informed on who my driver is well in time and the price was reasonable too.
Excellent service! Driver was early, the car was very clean and the journey time almost spot on to what he said as we left. Good communications before hand with email stating driver details then once at the airport texts from the driver stating location etc. would recommend!
